When you choose the Economy delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or Next-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
We recommend choosing Fast or Next-Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you.
You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Triple Filtration System: The cat fountain filter is composed of a layer of non-woven fabric, coconut shell activated carbon, and ion exchange resin, which can effectively filter hair, debris, and heavy metals, eliminate odors, soften water, and improve water taste. Keep the water in the fountain fresher. Keep your pet healthy: Cat water filters help improve the taste of water and allow pets to drink clean, fresh water all day long, which helps increase water consumption and reduce the risk of urinary tract infections. Easy to use: Rinse the cat carbon filter thoroughly with water before use to remove charcoal dust and activate the resin! When installing, place the flat side up for optimal filtration. For the health of your beloved pet, we recommend replacing the fountain filter every 2-4 weeks. If multiple cats use the fountain, it will need to be replaced more often. What you get: Each package contains 12 filters.
