- There is no detachable cushion included.
- The bed is shipped fully assembled; customers do not need to install or assemble any components upon receipt.
- To reduce shipping volume, the bed is vacuum-compressed during transport.
- After unpacking, please allow approximately 24-72 hours for the filling to regain its full shape and softness.
- Gently shaking, fluffing, or patting the bed can help accelerate the recovery process.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
